Pigment Printing Fabric Manufacturers introduce 3 methods of printing production:
1. Screen Printing
Screen printing belongs to orifice screen printing. It refers to the use of screen-making technology, combined with photosensitive glue, and through a certain pressure, the dye is directly infiltrated into the clothing fabric through the mesh. We can simply understand the printing plate as a light-transmitting template, and the mesh glue can seal the area other than the design. And screen printing substrates are quite extensive, in addition to textile fabrics, they can also be glass, metal, ceramics, and many other materials. The process of making screen printing is generally as follows: color separation processing, printing film, making flower plates, adjusting dye, fabric printing and dyeing, and ink curing. Due to the limitations of screen printing on color requirements, only one printing plate can be produced for one color. The design factory or designer must color-separate the design drawing, and then make the processed design drawing into a film. The next step is to make stencils of different specifications according to the size of the design drawing. The material of the stencil is mainly nylon wire mesh and a wooden frame. After fixing the wire mesh, the stencil should be coated with photosensitive glue. After the photosensitive glue is completely dry, the pattern on the film can be printed on the stencil by a professional exposure machine. up.
2. Digital Printing
Digital printing refers to a printing technology in which the designer uploads the design drawings to the computer by scanning and taking pictures or software drawings, and then the computer directly controls the specific equipment to print the dye on the fabric. Simply put, the design can be printed directly on the fabric we need. Compared with traditional printing, the accuracy of digital printing can reach 1440dpi, which is basically a photo effect and is not limited by color registration, which provides a greater creative space for us who want to design as much as possible. Digital printing can also be mass-produced and can be controlled remotely, which greatly saves the designer's time. Similarly, digital printing is more environmentally friendly than traditional printing and can save energy, and the yield is also quite high. Applicable fabrics are suitable for hemp, cotton, silk, chemical fiber, and wool cashmere.
3. Heart Transfer Print
The basic concept of digital transfer printing is to use a printer to print the pattern on a special paper, and then use a heating machine to transfer the pattern on the paper to the fabric by heating and pressing. This printing method is roughly the same as digital printing. It can also complete the design draft through computer graphics and is not limited by color. Transfer printing is suitable for all kinds of chemical fiber fabrics, such as swimsuits, racing suits, etc. The resolution is generally 300dpi -720dpi, up to 1440dpi.
